Eligibility & Conditions: A refund is applicable only up to the Introduction Class or Demo Video stage; if you watch any paid/premium video lecture beyond the Introduction Class or Demo Video, you will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, course PDF notes or the Certificate of Completion must not be downloaded. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of UTR payment approval (or in cases of duplicate UPI payments/unresolved technical issues) by emailing your registered mobile number, Fee Receipt, and 12-digit UTR details to codeinformatio@gmail.com or govind@codeinformatio.in. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days, and course access will be revoked upon completion.
